Self-Leveling
Having a level surface is paramount to a quality flooring install. Whether you choose to install a concrete coating or not, we can assist with the task of leveling a slab for any project. We especially love to install self-leveling polishable concrete overlays as seen in the photo above.
Moisture Mitigation
A moisture test should be step one when installing any flooring over a concrete slab as moisture under any flooring can cause major damage. Once a project has been tested by a third party and moisture is found, a barrier must be installed.
We are trained and certified by major manufacturers to install moisture mitigation products to mitigate moisture intrusion.
